Culture Platform, created in the framework of the EU Confidence Building Measures Programme, was launched on November 9th in Chisinau.
Members of the platform, NGOs and public associations from both banks of Nistru, have discussed future plans and have agreed on ways to coordinate their joint activities.
The purpose of the platform is to initiate and implement culture projects that would bring closer people on banks of Nistru river.
In the framework of EU CBM there are other 4 platforms – Environment, Health, Education and Sport.
EU CBM Programme is financed by the European Union and implemented by UNDP.
