The second lot of equipments and protective materials for doctors from the hospitals in the security zone on both banks of Nistru, donated by the European Union, has reached its detinations.
It included two spirometeres, 1400 masks, 3000 gloves, 600 protective screens and about 200 litres of disinfective solution.
The donation has been distributed by the representatives of the Health Platform, created in the framework of the EU COnfidence Building Measures Programme, implemented by the UNDP.
They have also distributed to medical centres and to vulnerable groups in the security zone the first lot of equipments and protective materials, that contained two electrocardiographs, two spirometers, masks, shoe covers and desinfective solution.
EU Confidence Building Measures Programme, implemented by UNDP, aims at bringing closer people on both banks of Nistru by involving them in joint development projects.
